Twenty Five Whole30® Slow Cooker Recipes

If you are considering doing a Whole30 , the slow cooker can be your best friend.  First, it's an easy and stress free way to prepare a meal. Additionally, since many people struggle with lunches on the Whole30, it can be the perfect way to prep lunches for the week.  Just make up a big batch of your favorite Whole30 slow cooker recipe and then eat it for lunch during the week with salads, lettuce wraps, baked potatoes, veggies, or cauliflower rice.  Additionally, even if you aren't doing Whole30, all of these recipes are gluten-free with no added sugars and are Paleo friendly, although you will have to substitute sweet potatoes for white potatoes in a couple recipes.  The other amazing thing about using your crockpot for the Whole30 is that it is an incredible way to build flavors without needing lots of extra, noncompliant ingredients. This Crockpot Lemon Garlic Chicken is one of those super easy meals that is shockingly good. Normally we make this for a big Sunday dinner with Easy Roasted Potatoes and Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower . This tender slow cooker chicken with fresh lemon and garlic is a staple at our house. It is so simple to prepare, just a few minutes of hands on work and then toss it in the slow cooker to simmer away for a few hours. The end result is perfectly tender chicken with all the lemon and garlic flavor. So good.  Plus it can be used in so many different meals, it's a powerhouse for meal prep. This time of year, I have healthy meals on the brain BUT if I don't have easy meals on hand and planned, it gets tough. You know the feeling. Healthy Italian Slow Cooker Recipes are the perfect comfort food to come home to after a long day. There is nothing better than coming home, knowing dinner is ready waiting for you in the crockpot, and then indulging in your favorite Italian meals without guilt. It's no secret that I absolutely love my slow cooker. It's one of the easiest ways to get dinner on the table and I love the deep, rich flavors it is able to create. This is one of my favorite posts of the year to write - your favorites recipes of 2019! With everything from super crispy Asian Brussels Sprouts to an easy 15 Minute Honey Garlic Salmon and the best Zero Point Taco soup - your favorites this year came from all different categories of recipes. The main theme - easy! It was clear in looking at the recipes you loved the most, that we are all looking for more easy and healthy recipes in our lives, me included!
