Healthy Meal Plans: Week 5

Healthy meal plans with beef fajitas, sesame chicken, sloppy joes, and sheet pan chicken.

As we head into February, I find it's a great time of year to take a look back on how January went. If you are rocking your goals, this is a great time to recognize all the hard work you have done and progress you have made. Not where you hoped? That's ok too! It's never too late to get started. Use that as motivation to start today.

Now on to this week's meal plan! It starts out with a delicious Butternut Squash, Spinach, and Sausage Breakfast Casserole, a delicious Spicy Chicken Chili, and Slow Cooker Tuscan Turkey Sloppy Joes. Monday brings Creamy Mushroom and Chicken Pasta and Tuesday is Sesame Chicken with Broccoli. Wednesday brings Beef Fajitas and Thursday is Sheet Pan Lemon Pepper Chicken. To end the week, meals include Tilapia Burgers and Pork Fried Rice.

Here are some of the meals in this week's meal plan!

Slow Cooker Tuscan Turkey Sloppy Joes: These simple steak tacos have a ton of flavor and come together in no time. Add all your favorite toppings and have a meal everyone will love!
