Healthy Meal Plans: Week 26

Make this week stress free with our easy to use, delicious meal plans! All include full recipes, nutritional info, and WW Smartpoints.

Now on to this week's meal plan! It starts out with the Make Ahead Creamy Steel Cut Oats, a Southwest Stuffed Sweet Potato, and Slow Cooker Barbecue Pork. Monday brings Zucchini Ricotta Pasta and Tuesday is a Moo Shu Beef Stir-fry. Wednesday is Grilled Turkey Lula Kebabs and Thursday is Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches. To end the week, meals include Creamy Coconut and Tomato Shrimp and Grilled Chicken Tacos.

Grilled Chicken Tacos: These quick and easy grilled tacos are always a huge hit! Top them with all your favorites for a weeknight meal everyone will love.

Turkey Lula Kabobs: These Middle Eastern Kabobs are made with lean ground turkey and spices. They are tender, full of flavor, and a hit with kids and parents alike.

Slow Cooker Pepperoncini Beef aka Drip Beef

This tender, fall part pepperoncini beef, sometimes called Italian Beef or Drop Beef, made in the crockpot with a few simple ingredients is easy to prepare and couldn't be more delicious. Serve it with some cauliflower mashed potatoes  or stuffed into sandwiches for a tasty meal the whole family will love. This beef is really special.
