Instead, take your frittata out when it is golden in color and darker around the edges of the pan. To store your leftovers, you will first need to let them cool down to room temperature. Then, transfer them to an airtight storage bag or container. Once properly stored, you can store leftover frittatas in one of two ways:
- In the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
- In the freezer for up to 3 months.
